True Tears BD Box Confirmed!

The official website for the true tears anime series has confirmed on Monday that 2,000 Blu-ray Box pre-orders had been received — the minimum needed to give the planned Blu-ray conversion project the official go-ahead. The box will add about three minutes of new, unaired anime footage as an epilogue. The epilogue will depict the future of the main characters after the 13th and last television episode.

Fuck yes! While I can’t say I had a hand in this, but it still pleases me to know that at least 2000 fans of true tears exist that like the series enough to buy a BD box of it.
Of course, aside from the 1080p quality (which the series damn well deserves), the new epilogue is probably one of the more anticipated things coming from this box set. I just hope it’s not 3 mins long or something….. I want to know what happens to Hiromi and Shinichiro
