In many ways, the best and the most trolling episode of the series so far….
But first, prerequisite Togame fanservice….
But really, this episode is a Nanami episode more than anything, and her fans are going to LOVE this episode since it reveals a very different side to her that totally changes what most people will probably think of her after this….
So yes….. Nanami is actually the single most scariest character of the whole show. Sure the Maniwani faggots are pretty much useless cannon fodder, but the way she takes them out like a kid with a magnifying glass using it against a bunch of bugs without neither restraint nor compassion towards them is truly…. nasty. Not to mention it’s Mai Nakahara, channeling her best deadpan yandere voice out here. No wonder she was hired specifically for Nanami. After this episode…. so yeah. Hell, you’d be more rooting for the Insect Trio after watching this episode rather than for her. She clearly does not need any at all.
Oh, on the other hand, what about the supposed epic battle between Shichika and Sabi Hakuhei…?
None.
Yadda.
Zilch.
Zero.
Nothing.
We only get to hear Shichika and Togame’s after-battle discussion about Sabi’s tactics and techniques, etc. etc.
Holy fucking trolling for those expecting really epic shit from this episode. But then again, Nanami’s total pwnage of the three ninja’s probably more than makes up for the lack of true swordfighting action this time round, and they sure weren’t kidding about the “raised some eyebrows” part. Ultimate yandere sister or ULTIMATE YANDERE SISTER? Hurr…..
I do hope Nanami does join them for the sword hunt. Actually I think she might just fucking finish the whole hunt by her own self. Poor Shichika’s gonna get “disciplined” when they’re done, herp derp.
